The art piece story:

In Waterfall III, the culminating piece of the Melusine series, a cohesive bridge connects all the preceding works through both theme and visual elements. The painting features the Egyptian-influenced dog and bird characters from Moonlight, now immersed in an aquatic realm that echoes throughout the entire series. Their shared gaze and the bird's raised wing create a sense of forward movement, but incertitude as well.

The blue fishes, which appear in both Waterfall II and Melusine, swim through this piece as well, creating a visual thread that weaves through the entire series. Similarly, the pink tentacles and orange elements establish chromatic connections to Melusine herself, suggesting that all these paintings exist within the same imaginative universe. The off-white dog provides a serene anchor amidst the flowing energy, while the yellow accents echo the golden tones found throughout the series.

As the final piece in this collection, Waterfall III serves as both culmination and reflection — drawing together the various threads of curiosity, duality, and transformation explored throughout. The orange fish appears as an enigmatic presence — visible yet detached from the main narrative, existing in the scene without belonging to it, much like a fleeting thought that crosses the mind during moments of contemplation. The underwater setting perfectly embodies the artistic mission of blurring the lines between reality and dreams, creating a space where viewers can contemplate the unspoken emotions that connect us all.

This singular moment captures not just a scene, but the essence of the entire series - the way water flows between worlds, carrying stories, emotions, and meaning as it travels.
