My cultural commentary works represent artistic interventions in significant cultural moments and institutional contexts. Through these pieces, I explore how contemporary art can both document and participate in cultural evolution — whether celebrating gaming culture's 25-year impact through the beloved Pokémon universe or honoring 30 years of Luxembourg's maritime legal heritage.
The Evolution series transforms iconic Pokémon characters into a sophisticated six-piece narrative cycle, transcending fan art to become contemporary storytelling told through fine art. This work demonstrates how popular culture can serve as the foundation for serious artistic inquiry into universal themes of friendship, courage, and community.
Each series employs my signature approach of character-driven storytelling and symbolic narrative, adapted to serve the specific cultural moment being addressed. This practice established the foundation for my current work, in which I create original animal allegories to explore similar themes of human behavior and cultural significance.

25 years of Pokemon evolution
This series operates on multiple levels of evolution — the literal evolution of Pokemon characters, the cultural evolution of gaming over 25 years, and my own artistic evolution as I developed the foundation for my current character-driven storytelling approach. The mathematical precision of featuring exactly 25 characters across the six canvases creates a deliberate symbolic connection to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Pokemon (2021).

Commemorative artwork marking 30 years of Luxembourg's maritime law
In 2020, I created a commemorative artwork celebrating three decades of Luxembourg's maritime legal framework. This piece, donated to the Luxembourg Ministry of Economy's Maritime Affairs department, represents the intersection of artistic practice with institutional heritage and legal milestone recognition.
